Running with Big Breasts / Large Chest

In the tutorial below, Dr. David Krohse of Compass Chiropractic goes over ways that a person with a large chest can modify their running form to have less bounce in their chest.

"I decided I should make this tutorial after a larger-chested patient came in and shared her concern that the 5K that she would be doing the next day could aggravate her neck and upper back.  She joked, 'on top of that, I could end up with a black eye.'  For years I've been holding workshops on the content found in this video to decrease stress on the legs, hips, and low back.  I felt silly translating the strategies to the stress while out in our office parking lot, but hope those who watch it find the video worthwhile.  I hope that this video empowers more women to be able to run for love, health, or leisure."
